Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us at ACHDistributors@gmail.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date. If your item arrives damaged, email ACHDistributors@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues.
